TD is NOT for new comers to Canada. Yes this bank branch does not know their own new comer to Canada program. Or they just choose who they want to give it to? Thought they would be all professional and updated. And rude attitude!!!

Don’t bother with this bank. Deposited a cheque and told me they could only release a certain amount of funds. Called online banking and they were able to up my limits when the bank told me specifically there is no way even if you call online. These employees need to learn their policies so they aren’t sharing false information.
Don’t recommend this branch.

Why is do everyone in customer service of this Bank has an Indian accent. Is it only them that qualify to work here. Ministry of labour should look into this.

I usually don't come to this branch, as i work downtown Calgary but live in Airdrie. I was moved by the service provided by Doniya & Kate on July 18th, 2024. I literally showed up ti tge bank at 7:56 pm. I needed a replacement debit card, as I was travelling today. After getting verified in the system, I found out from Kate (bank teller), that they were out of the TD debit cards. They had them but they were in the safe at the back. So, it was already after 8:00 & the branch was closed but that didn't stop Kate to help me. She even involved Doniya (branch manager), to help with my situation. So, I could not have a new Debit Card but Doniya figured that I can definitely have the Virtual Debit Card. Doniya & Kate collaborated to get me a new Virtual Debit Card & I was out of there at 8:10 pm. I truly think that these 2 are a huge asset for TD Canada Trust, Airdrie. I hope that they both recognized for going above & beyond. Lastly, I would like to see this kind of customer service at other TD Canada Trust branches across Calgary.

Don't bother yourself to visit this branch. I went there just to get my proof of payment transaction for bill payment I made. Associate name SHIVANI HOODA didn't helped at all and her maybe supervisor was not the less. They left me calling twice to customer service and spend hours with them to argue to get me something which should have done by her. After this another associate at same branch same day I explained my frustration and she did her job just in minutes. I would ask branch manager to investigate this kind of behavior and lack of knowledge of their staff. Please give them proper training so she can assist another customer. While i was standing there she was talking to her floor support about family gossiping. Would you believe that. Pathetic customer service agent. ?

Stay away from this branch as the basics of how line of credit interest rates work are not even clear with the associates along with the manager. Took more then 35 minutes to just apply FRAO to my LOC and withdraw money. They had to redo the application twice. What a mess? Thank god I have moved most of many out of this FI. Can’t wait for open banking platform to be more in action. Tangerine/wealthsimple keep up the job.

I had an appointment at 10am with Rozy. I came in at 9:59am. Appointment started at 10:20. Very unprofessional. Worst of all saw no value in meeting. Waste of my time.

My husband and I opened a business accout which went smoothly. Then we each received our business credit cards one with my name and the other in my husband's name. Gupreet and Sumi made our experience welcoming and easy. Glad we went with TD Bank ? in Airdrie.

Wait time is horrible.. had to leave line and go home on multiple occasions because line was just not moving. Never enough tellers and the once they have barely moving. Always a bad experience :(

Unfortunately I can’t do a zero star review. Twice in 2 weeks they refused cashiers checks from my wife. One drawn from ATB the other from CIBC. The first cheque was undstandable, for 14k the other for 5k. Both times they demanded a 5-10 day hold. Both times we were told we cant “cash” them, and they refused to call the banks to verify. Worst service in years. We have also had all our banking there for decades.

Place is the hardest place to pull out money have 3 government pieces including photo still wasn't good enough for them to even let me pull out money wouldn't recommend this location for banking
