Very rude staff and very miserable. Also if you want the whole world to know why your there use this pharmacy they have no privacy. They yell out your medications for everyone to hear. Rhonda needs to be in the back away from people she is the rudest person I have ever been served by in my life. My other pharmacy is alot busier but the service there is night and day as they are caring and friendly.

My wife and I absolutely hate coming to this pharmacy but we have to because our insurance. Rhonda is extremely rude, she never smiles or greets you she snaps at you "Name?" We have seen her be friendly to only certain people but every single time we have the unfortunate opportunity to be served by her she goes out of her way to be rude. My wife now usually sends me to get her medicine because she is afraid of the treatment she will get plus her prescription gets yelled out this never happens at other pharmacies. Zero respect zero privacy. When we first started coming to Sobeys we were so pleasantly surprised by how fast and friendly the pharmacy was. This year I don't know what has happened to that atmosphere but if I could give zero stars I would. Rhonda must hate her job the moral definitely is not there.

Thank you. I was getting Iron and the pharmacist recommended a supplement that is just as good but cheaper. I am happy and glad I saved some money. ? they are also generally friendly and professional.

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. We no longer live in Airdrie and the temptation to continue to use this pharmacy is there even though we have a sobeys walking distance from our current location. The staff are so incredibly kind and compassionate. They have little reward calendars for the kids on antibiotics and at the end they give the kids a prize if they fill the calendar out every day when they take antibiotics. Love and miss this location!

Very pleased with the customer service at Sobeys Pharmacy! I have just switched over to them and Louise C. was very nice and helpful. Happy to have a pharmacy that cares about their clients!

The pharmacy at the Airdrie Sobey’s is excellent. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. They always seem prepared with prescription pick-ups and make re-fills, drop-offs, and insurance/payments simple and quick.
