The man on the phone who booked us an appt yesterday said it would be no problems for french braids and yet today in person the stylist said she doesn't braid but she'd do her best. He failed to mention they dont take debit!Idk why a 4 year old's hair trim and French braids cost me $49 after taxes. We didn't even have her hair washed. Then they don't tell me until I go to pay that they don't take debit and to use the Walmart ATM which charges a service fee of course. The stylist - she said she's new and I found her kind and polite but man the whole experience was an astounding mess.I don't recommend. I booked there for convenience but it was the exact opposite.Services: Hairstyling

Don"t agree with paying a charge for pandemic cleaning. Especially if goverment funded for cleaning supplies already. Cash grab. Detorent for me to further patrinise the business..

I booked an appointment using the app. I booked 5 days in advance and got notified that my appointment was booked. I had a screen shot with all the details. When I arrived I was told they don't have my appointment and I should never use the app as they are actually booked 2 to 3 weeks ahead. I asked if they could get me in on the next 1 to 2 hours as i was from out of town. Was told nothing they could do. Will never go back.

Worse experience.... and just a heads up for those who are going there for first time or going after a long time ...they charge $3.50 on top of service price for sanitizing the station. This is ridiculous. ... it should be a part of a work now..Service: Hairstyling

Hair totally ruined went in for a simple trim came out with chunks missing I'm totally devestated , this lady just hacked into my hair and made a total mess, when I tried to tell her I wasn't happy and why did one side look different she just said it suppose to and use oil, like what the hell.

My fiance and I have been going to Smartstyle Hair Salon, at the Airdrie Walmart location, since we moved here back in 2015. We are so happy we found this place. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. Always with a smile. you always get the cut and service you want. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
