Forgot to get something while inside, tried to go back and the doors were locked, clerk walked right passed without acknowledging me knocking on the door. Absolute indecency.

I went today and prepayed gas then back back to my vehicle at the pump it indicated you need to pay when I lifted the nozzle. Tried to get the clerks attention. Nothing so went inside she said I cancelled it did not make any sense to me. I asked to speak with a manager she said not available. Very frustrating experience. And not willing to help or assist. Will not go back there

Not always 24 hours I found. You can fuel up anytime but the store is sometimes locked with no one at the counter.

I would give this place a 0 if I could. For a matter of fact all shells should. Nothing but rip offs. I will never go to this location or any other again. Over charge for everything including gas. Check it out your self, check other stations first.

This is the worst gas station. The night guy named harwnder is very irresponsible. I think he just lock the door and sleep. I talked to someone else at gas station they told me he is working illegal as per his permit and he actually don't care about the business. He is allowed only 20hr/week but he goes upto 60hr/week. I will talk to CRA & IRCC about how he is getting paid or is working without pay? Making hard for tax payers. Don't make he country worst day by day. Owner should look into the matters.

Card payment was down when I showed up to the store. There was no messaging on pumps about the problem, and when I went in to prepay the attendant said he could only do cash sales.It would be great if the attendant actually did their job and put notices up saying card service was down, but I think the guy was too much of a wimp to go outside in the cold weather. Lazy lazy lazy!

Scam artists.Tried to scam me & when i caught them doing that i was told not to come back again.Especially the staff named Hitesh is always rude and unprofessional.He locks the store day time on several occasions which is very inconvenient.i am a regular shell customer.I always fill gas from this location.But this kind of repeated rude behaviour is unacceptable. Please provide me with an email so that i can address my problem to shell head office. Thanks

The machines at this location undetatand that they are objects, not a divine bring such as myself, and do not blaspheme my holy tongue by speaking. Nothing but obeject-appropriate beeps and tones. I award this lovation 10 Butlerian Jihads out of ten. Would interact with obedient auyomayons again.
