I always shop at Starbucks, all the time but I noticed Ana at Starbucks is very rude, unprofessional and provide no customer service, disrespectful , I ordered my drink and was not made accordingly I wanted. So I ask her to make new one as per my choice, she denied, I tried right away, it's not about u and back and said her. The drink was 6.75$ which is not a small amount. I always go to Starbucks on Main Street but I was shopping here at save on so thought let's take from here. Im really disappointed from her attitude. So much attitude, ego not at all professionalism.I request to please look into this matter management.Thanks

Despicable management. In moments of need this stores management completely turned their back on their staff. In moments of security issues when customers literally threaten to harm staff members management did nothing about the situation. In mental/physical health matters this store made multiple staff members so uncomfortable that they had to quit. Management style was to make the job so toxic people would quit. FIRE THE MANAGEMENT. DO BETTER.

Fantastic service. Staff was very accomidating for all our questions as we had a lot of them about their chicken meal. Very friendly place, we will definetely be coming back.

Isles are a little tight, but good service. If you have a few things to get this is the place to go. It has good variety, and is the place I go if I need something quickly, as it is close to home. Always friendly service and helpful staff. The deli has a good selection.

They need to hire a full-time employee for the self-check out machines. You would think they would have someone during busy times? (Saturday during the day).So annoying every time we go, their highly sensitive machines catch something that’s not even right? Usually weight error of the product. And we have to wait 10 mins for someone to come….. common. We only use self check out when we only have less than 5 products anyway.

This location really has issues. Where are most of the staff? I went in today during lunch and they had one cashier on, nobody at the customer service desk, and a bunch of staff wandering around. It’s not the first time either. On my previous visit, I was frustrated at a lack of pricing for items I was looking for. At that time only one staff member that said hello to me, the others, either ignored me, or worked around me. I had trouble locating other items and there is nobody around. Ask for help. At that time they only had, well, nobody at the front, and so customers were choosing to use the self check out. Another guy had issues, and requested assistance, and nobody came. We just stood there, looking at each other. Eventually, a single employee arrived and helped us. Also pricewise I don’t think they make any real effort at market pricing, as a number of things here are significantly higher prices than other retailers. I’m beginning to think the only savings here, at the time you would spend not bothering.

The staff who have worked here for a long time are really friendly but I have purchased so many items that were expiring same day or past the date, when you are in a hurry its easy to forget to look, the only item I returned was a rotten turkey 3 years ago that was literally rotting and smelled so bad when we opened it, and it was due to the price I couldn’t justify losing $30, normally it’s to much of a hassle to drive all the way back for items $10 or less, I tend to only shop here when I need a few items as it is close to home, I have mentioned this to the manager when I saw him but he didn’t seem to care , which I try to understand, he deals with a lot of customers everyday. I will just avoid shopping here from now on- I ran in last night to buy cupcakes for work , all of my coworkers asked where did you get these the coming is terrible I tried it and sure enough it was tasteless and not very good. Anyway would not recommendeven if you are desperate! Disappointing at best. Sorry Save on, pls try to check your stock more regularly

PSA fine print on the price match is flyers only. This store refuses to match their competitors in store prices. Save yourself some money and go some where else.

Nice clean and well organized grocery store. Little more pricier than other grocery stores. That saying you get what you pay for. Everything look like top quality food. Was able to get freshly baked buns! The checkout was easy and the cashiers very friendly and helpful. -plenty of parking -easy access in and out of parking lot -will definitely be returning!
