Not only did they have a wide variety to choose from, but Jasmeen, the manager, provided the absolute best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Her quick responses and willingness to help me find the perfect bottle were unparalleled. I highly recommend shopping at Platina, not only for their excellent selection but also for the outstanding customer service provided by Jasmeen. You won't be disappointed!

Wrong items sent and asked for exchange or refund... took 2 weeks still waiting.... information at their online store is not accurate... BTW the order took 10 days to arrive... disappointed experience

I have ordered whisky from Platina before and have been pleased with their service and wide selection. Recently I ordered a bottle that was unfortunately not in stock, but the friendly staff were able to resolve the issue by offering me a bottle of something else in its place.

Mother-in-law ordered quite a few bottles of wine to our place in early December. Payment was received and in response was advised would be delivered before Dec 25. Payment was taken but no wine, no tracking number, no followup to calls or multiple emails. Amandeep and Jasmeen, this is terrible! How could you do this. Thank you for taking someone's hard-earned money and running. Terrible followup and no resolution. Extremely disappointed. Warning for others to avoid.

Jasmeen is top notch. I have ordered several bottles as I enjoy a nice liquor cabinet and different types and bottles. I have ordered from other places but nothing tops Platina its not just the prices, and the quick shipping and shipping prices is the wonderful women who cares and efficient . I will only order from this store and recommend my friends and family do the same.Much appreciated
