“I ordered personalized Christmas cards online to be picked up at the Olds Walmart. They didn't arrive, so after about a dozen phone calls, I finally went to the location and convinced the manager to let me print cards at the photo kiosk for free, as I had already paid for cards which never arrived. Everyone was friendly but unable to figure out a solution.”
