Selection is excellent. Caters to so many varieties of dietary requirements. Frozen section is impressive. Treats are impeccable. The staff is the real treat however. They are helpful and friendly. It’s a lovey, relaxed, pet friendly environment. Thank you for the suggestion of Kangaroo tail. They were an enormous hit.

Mandy and the team are amazing, always very patience and their service is amazing. The dogs also get to roam free once they are done being groomed instead of being placed in kennels.

Always such friendly staff, and they sell high quality products for practically the same price as chain stores like Petland. The owner (I don’t know his name) is extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store, and you can tell he really cares about these animals. Will shop here forever!

We just moved to Airdrie from Vancouver Island and being a Breeder who cares about the best nutrition we can give our dogs we naturally wanted to make sure our pet food store was was knowledgeable. Not only is Bone and Biscuit a fun store to shop in they are extremely knowledgeable and also welcoming. I will recommend Bone and Biscuit in Airdrie to all of our families! We are happy to find you!

We are in Airdrie for the holidays and needed some bones to keep our Blue Healer occupied during the cold weather. We arrived at the store 10mins after closing.Damn! As we were backing away the manager ran out and asked what we needed. He opens the store and we were able to get what we were after. He mentioned that his POS system had been closed down for the day, but we could come back and pay another day. In the end we were able to pay, and were very thankful. We are from a small town and were amazed to get such incredible service in a city. We will certainly be back!

Staff was so friendly to our pup, great selection. One of our fave pet supply shops.I do wish their rewards program was connected to the whole chain; not just by individual store. We travel a lot so it makes it a pain to be part of their loyalty program.

I tried this little shop when my Rottweiler Cocoa decided to be an utter Princess and refused to eat regular store brands and our St Bernard puppy Loki followed her lead. Cocoa is now happily chowing down on tinned food that smells and looks so good I'm tempted to put it in a pie and serve it to her Pappy (my hubby) for dinner and Loki is partial to the raw dinner. Granted neither is cheap, but hey, if our pups are happy, we're happy.The store is well laid out, with a wide variety of merchandise and always friendly service. Of worthy note is the wall of satisfied fur baby customers which is quite delightful.

We were shopping at Sobeys today when we looked over and noticed the store Bone&Biscuit, out of curiosity we decided to go in and check what they offered, so happy we went in there, so much knowledge in every product and info that was given to us, if anyone needs a place to go for your fur babies needs please check them out, will not go to any other store for my husky “Echo” food or treats!!
