I can’t count how many times I go to this Esso and the pumps are down. Now, after they were down this weekend, the mobile app no longer functions. Today I went to fill up and had to use my card since the app is still not working and the pump froze up mid-authorization. I ended up having to go to the Mobil station across the street. Whoever is managing this location is completely incompetent. I would find any other location to go for a fill up.

Please teach your employees how wrong pricetag laws work. Employee wouldnt give me the printed tag price when my item was scanning as more expensive than advertised. They just kept telling me to pay. Not my problem that the tag wasnt updated. Also goes against canadian law.

Came here for couple glizzies, found out they have a promotion on for a habanero or honey garlic style glizzies. Bought two of the honey garlic’s (great dogs btw) they was slacking in the condiments section. Now my glizzy taste off and the buns were stiffer than usual. 3/5 cause of convenience location and trying new flavors.

DO NOT USE THE CARWASH!! I used it today and it heavily damaged one side of my vehicle. Assistant manager was extremely rude when I asked for their insurance information.

Car wash used to be touch less and was very good. Not anymore, they have changed to the worst type. Won't be back anymore.

Bought a prepaid Mastercard gift card, was told 6 times that “and you’re aware it’s a no refund purchase? Click this screen to ensure you know it’s a final sale” etc etc. which when I buy from the other 7/11 in town I never get. To nobodies surprise, the gift card had its CVV security code scratched off. When I returned to let them know they should be yaknow, not selling gift cards they know don’t work I got a solid “that’s not my problem”…. I wasn’t even looking for a refund, just letting them know in case they somehow weren’t trying to scam me. Do not go to this location. The manager in charge is absolutely awful and I’m sure they were aware, as when I came back later they put the exact same cards back out.

I went last week to this 7-eleven and one of the cashier is VERY Rude. The Slurppees were good though.
