Sincerely IT DESERVE "0" STARS!!! I don't know how others gave more than 1 star.IT has grave ISSUES at so many levels that I don't know where to start.The management is an absolute failure, lacking communication with his own divisions, the receptionist is a kid that spends her time playing cards on her computer, the responsable of the work is a perennial absent from his job, the workers in the shop DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK SO THAT THEY USE THEIR FEET.Zero star for ZERO PROFESSIONALISM!Horrible work results. Nobody takes responsibility for any issue or job asked to them, and when you show their mistakes: it's NEVER THEIR FAULT!I got my trailer fix here. They took almost 2 months, I asked for a bunch of modifications, and replaced the roll tite tarp system, and they didn't make one right job!The final price?22,000$$$$!!!!!And isn't even finished!I'm so angry that I can't describe it.I could almost buy another one.TO THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE:DO YOU REALIZE THAT THIS ISN'T HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS???Sooner or later, some customers will get tired to come...

Being there 3 times for small repair just to replace one air swich each time something goes wrong with the same swich and I get same problem they charged me 3 times???, it should been warranty

The Service I received was out of this World. I was blown away by how kind and understanding JESSICA that works in the parts department was. I had my baby in the Car and she came outside just to accommodate me (to protect the baby from exposure to Covid) and I didn't have to lift a finger because she placed the parts that I purchased in the vehicle for me and mind you they closed at 12 midday on Saturdays and I missed a turn and arrived about 12:07 pm and She waited on me patiently and still wore a beautiful smile on her face. I will definitely continue to shop here until the day I die. I will tell everyone I come into contact with how Great this place is. JESSICA PLEASE CONTINUE TO MAKE A POSITIVE IMPACT ON EACH AND EVERYONE YOU COME INTO CONTACT WITH BECAUSE YOU MADE A BIG IMPACT ON MY HEART. THANK YOU
