The blonde lady and the male brunette working the graveyard shift during the week have a staring problem. I stopped to get gas around 12am on November 15th and they didn’t take their goddamn eyes off me once. The old blonde lady even got on the counter or something so she could see better???? Made me extremely uncomfortable and irritated. I get that your job is probably boring but maybe don’t make the people simply fueling at the gas station feel uncomfortable. Staring is RUDE. I payed at the pump and didn’t even go in the store so I’m not exactly sure why they had to stare at me so hard and obviously. If you’re reading this blonde lady, take this as a lesson, STARING IS RUDE.

Never def, receipt printer error every time. The garbages are usually emptied but the place itself is disgusting.

Store manager wouldn't let me in while carrying my 10 pound dog. I don't care if it may be store policy here, you've gotta be a real prick to not turn a blind eye. Went outside and walked over to AW, this loser went out of his way to kick me out of there as well. Also a truck driver, you can tell what kind of business this is by reading their overwhelming negative reviews. I won't be back, stupid games to be playing with an Esso across the street.

Wrost for truckers, just pumped 600 ltr diesel and instead of giving two showers to team they are asking us that," will give one shower and then you suppose to share it"
is it new rule book for every petro......
not going to come here again
and do complain about the service on their number. Apart from that, wrost service by the cashier as well.

The customer service was extremely poor and disappointing. The shower rooms were found to be extremely dirty and unhygienic. Furthermore, the drivers were not treated with respect.

My experience at Petro Pass Gas Station left much to be desired, primarily due to the glaring incompetence and lack of knowledge displayed by the employees regarding proper policies. It was evident from the moment I entered the station that the staff were ill-prepared to handle even the most basic customer inquiries.The situation was that he didnt let me in the showers , all i needed is a basic morning routine wash (like washing the teeth and face) thats all i needed. The employee was very rude , pointing fingers at me like i was an object and harassing me. As a petro pass canada customer all around the canada this petro pass was the worst and had some rules that dont exist . All because of their laziness and lack of knowledge in petro pass policy. Overall, the experience was marred by a distinct lack of professionalism and competence on the part of the Petro Pass Gas Station staff. It's clear that proper training and education regarding company policies are sorely lacking, resulting in a customer service experience that falls far below acceptable standards.

Staff is very rude very poor customer service if there was zero rate option available i would gave them that. And they Don’t provide team shower instead of that the old lady who was working their she talked with me very rudely instead go to Esso across the road.

Pump kept shutting off automatically, three separate times I entered my card and password properly. And it wouldn't charge me for the 2 L of fuel that it decided to put in my vehicle before shutting itself off each time. The call box is broken, it looks like it was disconnected, so no one was able to be there to help me so I had to leave and go to a different card lock location that had properly working equipment and staff members that are able to help people. If I could get zero Stars I would, it's just another example of billionaires that own billion dollar corporations refusing the hire Staff and keep their equipment in working to save a couple extra dollars for profit on top of profit.
