“After an absolutely horrible experience with Southside U-Haul, manager Nicole and her hitch technician were a breath of fresh air. They were expecting me for my appointment, took my car right on time, installed the hitch in less time than expected and billed me exactly what was quoted (which for the record was 200$ less than what southside was going to charge me!) An excellent experience here and helped to take away some of the unpleasantness of my southside experience. And to top it off, the shop was neat, tidy and staff were organized and knowledgeable.
