Ran over a pothole and did some undercarriage damage. Got in right away for an assessment, parts ordered and arrived in a day.

Instead of trying the most expensive solution, they tried the easiest, "quick fix" and it was the right solution! The light hasn't come on since, about 3 months now. “I purchased an auto start 2 years ago from Billy & Colin & the good folks at City 2 Performance. I paid over $500.00.The past 6 weeks I began experiencing intermittent issues with my fob where by it would start some days but most days it would not. I brought my car in today and they quickly identified the issue within minutes. The battery in the fob was working but the fob itself had become damaged, likely by poor handling by myself. The result from spilled coffee that had got inside the fob and had hardened with thick grime, damaging the technology inside the fob. I had no extended warranty on the fob, yet they decided to give me a brand new fob at no cost to myself! They did not have to do this and yet they did! I cannot adequately express my deep appreciation for their auto expertise & definitely going above & beyond with there outstanding commitment to customer service. It was a golden moment for me! To everybody who reads this posting I cannot encourage you enough, to bring your vehicle for all your auto service needs to Billy & Colin & all their staff at City 2 Performance. Its the best thing you could do for your vehicle.

He informed me that they might actually last a bit longer than expected, and he took the time to educate me on how to monitor the oil level in my Sportage engine, especially since this model is known for its rapid oil consumption. I ended up requesting the brake pads and oil changes.
I truly appreciate his dedication to the ongoing care of my vehicle, as well as his kindness and honesty throughout the repair process.
