“I have been using these guys for 3 years, due to price of new pickups, they have been maintaining my F250, although it has 250 K kilometres it is running like brand new, my other vehicles, Lexus, Hyundai are also maintained there, Dan is in charge arranging work and James is the head mechanic, go to these cats, won’t steer you wrong, prices are reasonable while work is superior”

“I took possession of a 2011 6.7 PS with 300K+ km, on a private sale. After a month, it started to leak too much oil (entire engine underside was dripping oil!). I interviewed a few shops, and decided to drive to Spruce Grove, to CT. In addition to stopping the leak, there was thorough repairs/service to the driveline, brakes, and suspension. When I picked up the truck, I found out the mechanic who did the repairs was Chris, the person who answers the phone, and mans the reception desk!I appreciate that Chris called me a few days before I was scheduled to bring in the truck, telling me an existing diesel job got big (rod bearing), and he anticipated that he needed time.”

“Bill and the guys saved the day for me. I was mobilizing to a shift of work up north when a wheel bearing on my truck catastrophically failed. I would have been toast, stranded between Spruce Grove and Whitecourt. Other mechanics in both towns weren’t even willing to do the emergency job and get me going. Bill was willing to bring my truck in, install the new wheel bearing and get me back on my way to work. That’s what good business/customer service looks like and saved the day for me big time as I was able to get up to work shift up north.”

“Took my wife's vehicle to this shop & they got us in last minute and were quick to diagnose & perform the repair. Her vehicle unfortunately required some dealership-specific work done and they wrote a detailed report to give to the dealership regarding the issue. Dean went above & beyond and offered to refund/warranty one of the (newly replaced) parts after it was again in need of repair once we drove the car to the dealer. All their staff were friendly & helpful. Will definitely be taking my vehicles here for future servicing & tire purchases. 10/10.”
“This shop helped me out of a jam! My toddler was playing with my back window, and didn't notice he had left it open after daycare drop off until I was driving down the Henday and could hear the air popping. I tried to roll the window back up but it would just keep rolling down even more. West End Auto was the nearest mechanic, and boy, am I lucky that they were. They were able to close the window for me, and did it with no charge. I will definitely be booking an appointment and taking my vehicle back here to get the window fixed.”
“I had my steering rack replaced in my 2005 Toyota Sienna, and they did a great job. It was done quickly and the price was very reasonable for the work done. The man at the front desk was also very nice. I would recommend this place to have your vehicle fixed. The only downfall I guess you could put it, would be the shop smelled like cigarettes. And it was quite dirty in the customer area. But the bathroom was clean so I give them points for that.”
