“I had asked on a Spruce Grove Facebook page for the best place to go for repairs, and numerous people told me to go to CarStar. They did not disappoint!! Not only was their customer service exeptional, they even went out of their way to ensure I would get my car back so that I didn't have to go without a vehicle and miss any work. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!! Highly reccomend this place to everyone.”
“They did a really good job of the front fascia replacement for me on the Ford Freestyle. Their service is quite good. They return phone calls, which is a rare thing these days. My first choice was Jack's auto body and they never got back to me. Calm and friendly front end staff. All around pleasant experience, my only complaint was that the car must have been wet when they parked it outside and the doors were frozen. Car was clean when I got it back and every detail seemed in order. Great job!”

“They do exactly what they say they are going to do and then do it for what they say they are going to do it for..or even cheaper.. Crazy..Brought them a rad out of my car that I thought only had a pinhole. Apparently it had nine spots that needed to be repaired. They got it fixed in one day and had me on my way.”

“The staff were very helpful and told me everything about the unit I wanted to buy. It needed some work, and they were straight up about that; they said they wanted to fix it up before selling it. I wanted to take it as is for less and fix it myself. After I'd paid for it and was about to drive away, one of them walked up with a handful of parts they'd ordered a while back for it and gave them to me. They didn't have to do that. Initially, I'd had a little trouble pinning down which of their listed items were actually in stock - but if you show up or call they'll take you around and help you find something that works for you and work to get it up and running. They are somewhere in between a slavage yard and a dealer with loads of things coming and going or being fixed, used for parts, etc. If you know what to expect, it's fine, and they have some great deals!”
