Very poor customer service for getting repair work done on my trailer. Dropped it off to get it inspected and to get some things fixed, gave them a deadline of a full month when we would need the trailer back and we were assured it wouldn't be a problem. It took them one week just to get the trailer into the shop, despite my appointment with them. Now three weeks later and they still don't have the estimate done. We are now one week out from needing the trailer, so they're planning on a partial repair and then want us to drop it back off. It has been very frustrating dealing with ArrKann and a total disappointment, I'd say try your luck elsewhere!

Our experience with ArrKan has been amazing! From our friendly salesperson, Brad, to negotiating with Manager Neil ?, Mike and Matt in Financing, Tiffany in customer service, to Alex who answered our questions and spent an hour with us when we popped in unannounced (so appreciated!) to literally every other person from beginning to end! They were all professional, sincerely friendly and truly cared about our experience throughout the process. They really do feel like a family owned business-so rare to deal with a company where every person seems to love their job and their customers. They walked us through every step of the process and every detail of how to take care of a trailer and for first time RV people this was SO helpful. Jake even let me video him doing the entire walk thru so we wouldn’t forget all of the important information. If you’re interested in buying a new or used trailer, I would definitely make Arrkann your first stop!

My wife and I went looking for an rv. We were approached at the door and assisted promptly. The RVs we saw were terrific but ultimately we did not purchase. Ross listened and showed us what we thought we needed to see. I would recommend to anyone looking for an RV to give this Dealer a look. They do make you feel like family.

Absolutely terrible after sell service. First of fall, don't buy anything from there. But if you do, make sure you ask them to give you run down of every single switch, bells and whistle. DO NOT PAY FOR THE WARRANTY. It is not worth on the paper it is written on! If you are getting solar, have them install an inverter. Because after sell, their service is just simply horrendous. You will not get call back and you will have to constantly chase them!

Applied, sent information in and heard nothing back. At all. Matt Bradley was the finance person I was dealing with, in the past I have had such good dealings with ArrKann but as the small buyer I felt I didn’t matter and wasn’t important enough. Too bad for the rest of the team that works for this company, you’ve lost any future business with me.

Excellent interaction with Alex. I didn't end up trading in my RV but he still spent a considerable amount of time discussing options and gave me some great advice!! I would definitely recommend checking out ArrKann if you're in the market for a new or used RV, or just some great advice about anything related!

Bought our new Generator for camping here. Good selection. Price was advertised on sale on line, so the parts department decided to honor their sale price…. found this a little weird but the price was right and they loaded her up for us! Great Onan !

My husband and I bought our very first RV and we could not be happier with the service ArrKann gave us. As new to owning a Rv, they made sure that we were comfortable with all the demos and training before we left. This company goes above and beyond and makes you feel like one of the family. I would highly recommend ArrKann for anyone looking for an RV. Thank you so much to our salesperson Cassandra, our technician Jake for being so patient with us and Matt in finance.
