I don't know how they stay on business because I try using them but they close so damn early everyday. Even if you get there at 4pm and there there the door is usually locked And they won't let you inOtherwise i recommend them if you can get there between 10 an 2

Racist old lady, overpriced and incredibly underwhelming "services". Good place to catch bedbugs, fungus, live and scabies of you want them! Don't waste your money here, hand wash your clothes or buy a washer/dryer or go elsewhere. Anywhere but this Socialist dumpster fire of a business.

This place used to be a nice place to wash your belongings. Some of the people got replaced & it hasn't ever been the same. The one older lady is very rude no matter what u say. Find another laundromat to use. Everything is over priced.

Nice big place to do laundry. It's nice when you don't have to wait for a washer or dryer. Most washers and dryers working. Dryers are hot. The only thing is, a COUPLE of the people that work there are a little rude, every time. But they're old ladies so, its fine. Prices for shower is whatever, but you're really gonna charge to use a towel? C'mon ladies. They have stuff for sale usually, little knick knacks and household stuff...which is (not all) overpriced for used. They do have a good selection for snacks and drinks. And offer all kinds of little things you may need. All in all, a good place to do laundry.

THIS USED TO BE A GREAT LAUNDROMAT. The overall cleanliness was attempted, but all the equipment is old and rundown, the showers are tiny, and the clerks were very rude, and even though I had not gone over my time limit(I use a timer specifically for showers when at a laundromat) I was still charged the over-time fee. I had explained to the first clerk that I needed to get my belongings and use the restroom PRIOR TO GOING IN TO THE SHOWER. The first clerk started my time immediately and then the 2nd clerk who saw me use the restroom then go in the shower charged me. The shower was ICE COLD. So who would want to stay in for 20 minutes anyway?!? I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If I could chose no stars I would. Switched out my money for her quarters and when I didn’t use them all she demanded them back. Overall experience i will never be going back.

The washers are overpriced and the lady who oversees things hovers like a grandmother who's afraid you might do something she disapproves of. It's like having a schoolroom nun with a ruler ready to wrap your knuckles.Go to the Valley Country store laundry instead, or drive down to Chugiak at the old Alice Mae's.

I would give this place zero stars if Yelp allowed it. I hope this helps someone, if you're looking for a laundromat, DO NOT go here. I wish I had found these reviews before. The machines are awful, the place is dirty and the customer service is terrible. The coins machine will give you less quarters than you pay for. The dryers don't dry well not fast enough, so you will need to keep adding more and more quarters. Just find a different place and save money and energy. We travel around the country and have been to laundromats in 47 states. So far, this is the worst we have been to.

Was told to shower in shower 2 after paying and the water was cold. I told the worker and the worker told me shower 2 was broke and go to shower 3 which initially had hot water for no longer than a minute. As the hot water went out there was a difference in pressure as if maybe the hot water valve was shut off. Not sure of that however the hot water only lasted a minute.

been doing laundry at this facility for over five years now. never had a complaint. tried to throw a tiny piece of trash in the only garbage can i could find and was harrassed by someone who doesn’t even work for the laundromat claiming he can call the police and have me thrown out . this is how they conduct business when the owner is not there ?? ive met the owner before and this scrubby little white girl who let it happen is working there right now. still in the parking lot as we speak waiting for my clothes to dry and probably be harrassed again

Dirty machines that smell of mildew. Onsite staff nice, but manager is super rude. The only two large washers breakdown mid-cycle. They charge a minimum of $5 to start a dryer and if you don't keep adding quarters to extend drying time, then you have to pay another $5 to even start it again. Also have a $3 fee if you leave your clothes unattended and they remove them. Luckily found a much cleaner location with newer machines in Palmer.

My first visit to a Laundromat in years. I walked in with two bags of clothes. I was met at the door by a staff member who took me to the very back and showed two which washers to use. One was $9 per load and the other (supposedly newer macho) was $10. The “newer machine” was rusty inside! And smelled musty! I chose the $9 machine. I had to ask her a couple of questions and she got irritated that she had to repeat hers self, and walked off. I loaded two washers and went up to the counter for the newer dollar bill coins that are required) and she told me to go back and add the soap before she’d give me the coins. While my clothes were washing, I had to use the bathroom and asked for the key. She yelled twice from a few feet away that the key was “right there, behind drinks!” There were no drinks. There was bleach and liquid detergent. The dryers were musty and some rusty inside. I had to keep adding quarters to get my clothes at least 3/4 dry. My clothes don’t look or smell clean. I’d give this place a no star if there was an option.

The theme of this place is strict signs. I don’t really get it. There’s over 60 different signs with dos and don’ts in this place. I counted.

It's a little bit of a challenge getting into use the RV dump. The water is a little pricey at two to three gallons for 25 cents. The lady that was looking after the place is very friendly and helpful.
