I have visited all the Thrift Stores in MatSu and I appreciate their diversity. This store has slightly revamped its layout so it is more roomy with the same designated areas. The staff is welcoming, helpful and may engage in person-to-person talk if you initiate the conversation. Art and unique items are tastefully displayed. Everything is clean. It’s important to me that a portion of every dollar goes to charities in our Valley.

I did take off a star for lacking in customer service but I always find something to buy. I see people complaining about overpriced but it's not! It's reasonable especially being a non profit (hit, money goes to a good cause). Praise God! They also have half off price days so there's that. It's clean and organized well. Thanks for all you do?

Selling visibly damaged items. This could be dangerous to the user. Like hazardous!
But as long as they make money on free stuff who cares, they don’t apparently. Praise god!

We enjoyed browsing. Very clean and organized compared to many thrift places I have been in. Prices were higher than usual for many clothing items, but most of the clothing were quality and/or name brand items. Prices on books, household items, and other things tended to be better priced.

Terrible customer service from the older woman who work, over heard her completely belittle a customer on her parking then proceeds to complain about said customer to other customers walking in

First off I went to every local thrift store with zero luck. Arrived here needing an L shaped desk for my pc & found 2 perfect desks to make one. Not a spec of dust on them. The employees were very accommodating. A kind gentlemen hauled the desks to my car & they were willing to hold until tomorrow incase the desks didn’t fit. It’s been a couple months & the desks are holding up great. Everything else in-store is clean & cutesy too, nice family-friendly thrift shop.
