The service was fine had them send in 4 steer tires for recap got them installed and the truck bounces down the road like I'm driving a pogo stick took it back they let some air out said the new caps needed to soften up week later went back still bouncing the determined at least one is not round told me they didn't have anything in stock but they had some on order they would call when they came in after a month of calling them back and getting told the same thing I gave up haven't heard a word from them since and I'm still bouncing down the road.

Was super excited about finding a tire shop close to the house where I didn't have to drive all the way into Wasilla. Took my sisters car in because it had a flat, another tire that was low, and asked that they check all tires. Dropped it off, received a call only 7 minutes before they closed to tell me it was ready, then after picking up the vehicle when everyone had already left found out that they way over filled the flat tire that they repaired and didn't even check any of the other tires. One tire was 8psi under pressure. When I called, the technician who answered said "well my boss only told me to check the one.". Super disheartening that customer service has gotten this bad.

Staff was super accommodating. Made us a courtesy call when our vehicle was done. It seems like a normal task but it is so often forgotten amongst other tire places. Huge warehouse of tires just ready for your business.

I had a flat on my motor home, they brought it in right away, checked the tire and found a leaky valve extension. Guys were great, friendly and didn’t charge me. I am heading back today with some business for them. Highly recommend and will be using them going forward.Service: Tires

Needed to get a tire fixed and the only place I called could get it done in under an hour. All the others were a week out to fix a flat tire.Brady did an awesome job!
