Up front and pleasant to work with. My Mini returned to me absolutely as I left her (minus the problem I brought her in for haha). I appreciated their honesty in the challenges faced to source the parts we needed. Although I missed my lil rig, I knew she was safe and secure, and I felt as though they provided quality care at a reasonable cost. I will certainly use again (but no offense, hopefully not any time soon haha). Thanks for your excellent work!

small services like brakes etc they are solid. when they mess up, they will not offer the same guarantee of good service and will flat out ignore you. i've been their a few times from when they had a shop in Anchorage up to when they changed ownership with mixed feeling, after being warned to stay away I was desperate for repairs and turned to them. i had all the assurances they could fix the engine of my vehicle and for a while it ran great but 6 months after the repairs my engine started showing signs it may have a head gasket leak or worse and they gave me every excuse they could think of that this wasn't the case.this was without doing the usual checks (by their admission) for symptoms of a blown head gasket or a warped or cracked block. it's like they gave it a "once over" then deemed the coolant loss and smoke from the exhaust was "normal". the shadiest part is when my vehicle was haded back each time, the dashcam was disconnected I went to them several times about the problem that apparently I'm the only one (non mechanic) that could clearly see and hear noises coming from the engine. I spent over 12 K with them just to be blown off like this embarrassing issue didn't exist. Because of the amount of money I spent and the fact that I had to dig into my life savings I haven't taken it to anyone else. I've left out a few things that may identify me because I've come to find out that anchorage is small and a lot of these shops know each other and will "blacklist" you so to speak.

I was sent to them to see about lights on my dash. Had a prompt inspection made an appointment for an extensive research into the problem. An estimate for damage done by the roads. Extremely friendly and good at what they do. Prices are far better than other import auto shops. They work me in to get me back on the road quickly. P3 Import Autowerks will be the only place I take my vehicle until they shut down or I die, whichever comes first.
