“Best customer service I've had at a bank every time I've been in. There was a miscommunication regarding my main bank and this one, and I got a phone call to verify the issue before I called (totally spaced it) and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and personable. I have my car loan through them, and it's been nothing but pleasant. We resolved it, and later that day I went in, and Isaac and Sean helped me set up a debit card right then and there since I didn't have one yet. They were really nice and super funny, and helped me with every question or concern I had. 10/10 would recommend. Kudos to those guys.”
“Easy to get to the atm, the one closest to me shut down and everyone is like why Alaska USA is going to lose a lot of customers who have to pay 3dollars every time you use the atm and which makes them drive farther into town, to get what they need,just wanted to point that out,customer service is very important even if it's a atm customer's experience and convenience”
