I find the casings too tough and chewy. On the wild game sticks and wild game hot dogs. This is not new. I’ve eaten these two items from this market for the past few years. The meat flavoring is great.

Just snagged some dry aged steaks today and they were incredible!! First time I’ve splurged like that but well worth it. Couldn’t have been happier with the experience from beginning to end.
