Excellent service. Took a little longer to get it set up but they went above and beyond. Their valet service was so appreciated since I am recovering from a major surgery. They are a great company and helpful. Made things happen.

Wow! One of the friendliest stop in Alaska. People here were so kind and helpful! We were on our way to Talkeetna and out tire light came on, we didn't want to be stranded on the side of the road on vacation so we pulled into the dealership asked if we could have some help, and the people were more than willing to help, they not only fixed our problem in a timly matter but were so kind to us! We highly recomend using Kendall Ford of Wasilla! Thanks guys! We appreciated your help on our vacation!

I have been brining all of my vehicles to Kendall Ford since I moved back to the valley 8 years ago, including other branded vehicles. Their service department sets the bar extremely high, and other local dealerships fall far short of coming close to the quality of work and customer service this dealerships provides. The team at this service department is extremely polite, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Before you say, a dealership is more expensive, I just had a local shop quote me for $14k in parts for my diesel pickup. Brought it to Ford for it's routine oil change and check up so I mentioned the quote and asked them to take a look. The other shop completely lied about the parts needed for my repairs and thanks to this team I did not waste my money on something that was a simple fix. But wait it gets better! They went one step further and got it covered for me on warranty as well. This is not your average service department at a dealership. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Update: as of 31 March 2023, I still have not heard from Nick, or anyone else at Ford. They leave their canned response to honest reviews with the intent to look like matters are resolved, when in fact, it's just lip-service.

What an amazing team. Our 2020 Explorer, just out of the warranty window, experienced a significant mechanical issue. Rather than just leaving it for us to pay for, Brian took it on himself and contacted Ford and requested they pay to repair the vehicle. He communicated with them almost non-stop for 3 months. They finally agreed to pay for the repair. Brian’s diligence, commitment to customer service and his knowledge of the Ford world saved us thousands of dollars. He had no requirement to do what he did…he just wanted to do what was right and fair. Words cannot express our gratitude. Thank you Brian and Mark!Ron & Vicki OtteService: General repairs & maintenance

Would easily give a zero star. Have had repeated negative interactions with the service department. Due to unresolved maintenance issues. Beware my experience has proved that regardless of the service or repair I will be returning for the same issue because it wasn't fixed right the first time. The service advisor will give some lip service and say I understand yeah it's expensive but there prices for parts will always cost significantly more than what's researched on line and the labor is quoted for average mechanics not expert mechanics this is clearly inflated. Which hurts even more when you have to come back for the same issue and listen to the service advisor explain the particular failure isn't covered under warranty and it's a coincidence. On top of not fixing the issue the wait times are absurd. Beware warranty work not honored spotty maintenance. Mechanics are nice and mean we'll just poorly trained. It's a management issue.

My worst experience with any business in the valley. You'd think it would be safe to bring your truck to the dealership for maintenance, not this dealership. Everytime I bring my 7.3 F250 here I walk out wishing I bought a Toyota. They have misdiagnosed my truck multiple times, sold me the wrong parts, and charge absolutely ridiculous prices after an agreed upon amount. Was told I could not see the truck to verify a part was broken during their repair so I brought it back with a hidden dashcam and they completely disconnected it and never fixed my issue. Shady business practices.

Never answers the phone or returns phone calls. Don't have the part I need and want to charge outrageous prices for repairs.

I paid for parts and repairs on my truck. 2003 f150 was not called by the advisor, tech, managers about aditional partz or labor. To replace the engine they removed the cab. When they installed the cab it now sits off center and is no longer squared to the bed. They also warped the back side of the cab and the rear window now leaks.Services: General repairs & maintenance

This location is the best of Kendall’s dealers. I make the drive from anchorage because it’s less of a headache. Bob has sold me 2 vehicles and always keeps me updated on my orders. Management can make it more complicated than it needs to be, but Bob handles that for you. 10/10 thanks Bob!

I called two days ago to schedule a service and nobody could be reached so someone took my name and number and said someone in the service department would call me back. Never called me back.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Kendall Ford of Wasilla. I booked my appointment online on Kendall's website, and scheduled a 30,000 mile check-up and service on my Ford F-150 as the manufacturer recommends. The website allowed me to list all the services to be performed. It scheduled me about 3 weeks out and confirmed the date and time. I travel a lot for a living, and scheduled the service between trips. When I showed up yesterday for the appointment, service rep had a blank look on his face and saw the web scheduled appointment, but said it really wasn't scheduled. He said they were aware of problems scheduling on line, and are working to get it fixed. He was apologetic and offered me an oil change, but said he could not perform the 30,000 mile service. He offered another appointment about 2 months out.Why bother having an online presence if it doesn't work and isn't responded to? Why not just take the site down? This was a huge inconvenience for me, and Kendall puts their staff in a lose-lose situation if the website doesn't work to begin with. If I can find another service provider to take care of my truck, that's what I'll do. Again, I am very disappointed and walked away feeling insignificant to your dealership's business.
