Grand View Inn & Suites offers a nice, beautiful, and clean place with huge, sanitary rooms and wonderful mountain views. The location is conveniently right off the main drag, though it can be hard to get to, requiring a specific turn. The hotel features a restaurant and bar downstairs with great food, drinks, beer, pool tables, and good service. A cute giftshop is also on site. However, the stay comes with a good handful of drawbacks. The walls are paper thin, leading to noise from neighbors and loud music from the pool room below that plays until closing. The WiFi is only guaranteed in the lobby and often does not work in the rooms, which also affects the TV. Some guests have found the staff to be rude and not helpful, noting instances where a resident rate was not offered. The elevator can have bad smells, and there is a strong smell of commercial fragrance throughout the hotel. The windows may not be very clear and clean. Occasional disturbances, such as police visits for incidents, have been reported. While the hotel has amenities like laundry, some room types, like those with kitchens, are reserved for longer stays. Overall, it is a cute place but has several significant downsides affecting the experience.

My home away from home. Quiet simply, I love their jacuzzi rooms. The staff are top notch. It's always clean and they give you plenty of towels. There is a restaurant on site as well and the food and drinks are fantastic. Additionally they have a pool room with multiple pool tables
