The knowledgeable coaches, such as Emily, provide thorough and clear instruction, helping members of all skill levels to get the most out of their workouts. The gym offers a great Murph prep workout, and the coach Emily is described as awesome, friendly, and helpful. The community is highly praised, with fellow athletes being very nice and the gym hosting fun events. Even those new to CrossFit, like the reviewer who was initially intimidated, have found the experience to be a dream, with the coach taking the time to teach proper techniques and modifications. Overall, CrossFit Salty North is a fantastic gym that has enhanced members' outdoor recreation significantly.

Stopped in at Salty North while on a work trip. The Coach was awesome! Emily was thorough, and clear. She was super friendly and helpful. The people were all very nice! We had a good Murph prep workout. When I come to Wasilla again I plan on going to Salty North. Thank you Emily for the fun!

What a welcoming gym!! I had never done CrossFit before, and coach Emily took the time to explain proper techniques and different modifications to get the most out of the workouts.
