Sable Wolf is absolutely amazing! She has the best attitude and the most incredible customer service anyone could ask for. I have been in the store in person and over the phone and the service provided is top notch! I seriously cannot say enough good about this individual helping an old school individual with new technology! She takes time, doesn't.ake you feel stupid and genuinely cares that you are taken care of!

Um where to start. they do not give full internet access while using their plans, at least for me and my family. We have issues connecting to anything at our “house” and I’m about to tell my mom to stop paying for cricket because they are basically ROBBING her of $150. You’d think we’d at least have a tiny bit of internet but no. Nothing works on a daily basis, especially right after she pays for it. I would at least like to call someone but I can’t even do that. I have a hard time doing anything on my phone without it taking at least 30 minutes to load. They have by far the worst internet quality my mom has ever payed for. MIND you my mom usually picks the $150 internet plan, but still this one is the worst so far. I’d like to not have to wait for my internet to work when it had just been paid or when it was payed but still won’t work, because why and what are you doing with my moms money? Be for real cricket. Stop robbing my mom.

I've always had great luck with the Wasilla Cricket, but today exceeded any expectations I may have had. Sable is delightful, knowledgeable, and very helpful! Within 20 minutes she had me set up with a new phone, charger, and headphone bundle that ended up saving me a bunch of money.

Great customer service by Brendan when I was looking to switch from AT&T to Cricket while still keeping my phone and number. He answered all of my questions patiently. He’s knowledgeable and very helpful. I’m happy to have Cricket now and have a much lower monthly bill while still having great service. My husband and I also ended up purchasing a wireless hotspot device and going with one of the plans. Brendan also made this transaction go smoothly. While the customer service was excellent, I gave only 4 stars because the first time we were there we waited longer than anyone would like before being attended. There was one customer ahead of us and only one person working the counter. I guess it was just perfect timing for us to be there and for the other employee to be on break. Other than this minor issue, I would still highly recommend Cricket Wireless and this location in Wasilla.
