IHOP it's a national chain... The food is good enough the service is great. They do close pretty early though.

3 for how much colder in side than outside and the management is sitting in the 2 warm boths as I watch my dad shivering and as soon as my dad gets done all of a sudden it's warm after the waitress says they do it all the time, your not going to keep your long-term customers who keep your door open; forgot waffle
