These guys have been great! I have been keeping my travel trailer here when not in use and when initially getting set up, the first spot reserved for me was just too small due to how others had parked but they were able to get me set up in a more appropriate spot that same evening. I appreciate their assistance and care to detail!

The name has changed to AK Storage Centers. Don't store anything here that you like.- The place is infested with mice. Anything you store will be covered in mouse urine and dropping. Any paper or cardboard will be shredded.- The doors are such a bad fit that snow blows into the units in drifts, anything not stored in water tight containers will have snow/water on it.- The camera system doesn't work. My unit was broken into and the two cameras pointed at it didn't catch anything.- The "24hr on-site security guard" is simply a lie.- They do a bad job of clearing the snow. Expect to have to shovel a berm or drift out of the way any time you want to access your locker.

Had a catalytic converter stolen right under the 'security' camera. Prior owners were more observant.

Make sure you read your contract very well! I know someone rented from them and they never provided 24 hour access even though they told him they would and someone tried to steal his catallitic converter and only got halfway through cutting, the owner told him sorry and he wasn’t paying anything to make him whole. Apparently they have a clause that they are not responsible for anything that happens to your stuff and you can’t sue them for anything that happens. I don’t think they have cameras in the back at all where the vehicle is stored even though they have a picture of a CCTV camera on their banner outside the facility.

Spacious and open. Enough room for a large Uhaul truck to back sideways towards the storage unit opening. Easily accessed after hours. Security provided at all hours. Fantastic storage service provider. Highly recommend.

Convenient storage, clean. Try to avoid having a unit along the farthest over "A" row if you will be storing through winter. The snow and ice builds up along the base of the door and makes it inaccessible. A very small amount of the meltwater made it in, warping one of my boxes.

Price increase after price increase after price increase. And they used to call you if your forgot to pay before charging you for late payment. Now if your two seconds late they charge you for an "unlock fee". They also say they're changing their prices to facilitate a person being there 24/7 and for utility fees. I've never seen anyone. How much money is spent on utilities at a freaking non-climate controlled storage unit? Preposterous suggestion.

Spotless. Huge storage and extremely reasonable. Very secure with cameras everywhere. Bright security lights everywhere with roaming guard. 24 hour access without fee. You can pay cash or check or credit/debt. Automatic payments from debit/credit card if you want that option. Owner is very nice. The place is EXTREMELY SECURE, brand new and easy to find!!! Two thumbs up!!!

I've actually used them twice now many years apart still the same great and easy place to get and store my things. In this case it was someone else's and the person wasn't there 'cause of reasons and still was able to get everything done and rent a unit out thanks a bunch. Everything is spaced apart enough to get around with a trailer and I'm not that good. Amazed.
