“Great customer service all around. This is the second time I have utilized Valley Auto. They did a beautiful job the first time repairing my Ford Fusion. After a moose jumped out in front of our Explorer and almost all shops being backed up for months, they were still able to do a complete teardown for the insurance company. Although the car was deemed a total loss, I know that I was in good hands. They were able to point out why it was totaled and helped me gather my things from it so that it could be towed and I could quickly move on to the next phase with my insurance. Kyle was fantastic, he took the time to talk with me and went out of his way to make sure my truck got the glass repair as scheduled.
There was a mix up with which side of the vehicle was getting glass replaced but he went back to the shop and got the correct one and came back that same day!!!
