Communication was clear and consistent. Mike is straight-forward, honest and timely. Everything is always explained in detail; even review of the parts removed and why at the in-person pick up. They are going to do everything in their power to keep the client’s bill as low as possible; I’ve experienced that first hand (a couple of times now). Highly recommend if you’re needing quality work with great customer service!”

We were only driving through and needed a plastic panel under the front end tacked down and they were willing to squeeze us in and did so free of charge all while our kids stole cookies from the waiting area. Technicians were also really friendly. They did a free inspection and found some issues as well. Highly recommend their shop!”

“Very fast and efficient, and knowledgeable group of guys over at Wasilla Family Auto. My blinkers were not working, I had a problem with my blinker relay located in the steering column. They had a new relay ordered, put in, and even replaced my right blinker within an hour at a low cost of $90. Definitely going there again for any of my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you.”

“Finding a good auto mechanic is difficult. Fortunately in the Valley we have some good ones. I noticed some fluid residue above rear output shaft near the transfer case and thought maybe a seal was bad. Scheduled the appt and took it in. They inspected it and determined that the seal wasn't the issue and it was just some seepage from the slip yoke. No charge. Very professional place.”

“I booked an appointment just to have winter tire change over for two vehicles. I didn’t want to play the tire shop game of having to arrive in the wee hours of the morning, wait outside for 30 or 45 minutes in the cold just to get an appointment so I expected I would pay more. Turns out I paid less than the local tire shop AND got the convenience of an actual appointment. Staff was super nice and friendly too”
“I live in Anchorage, but wasn't happy with what the local plow shops had to offer. Extra costs, wait time, and mostly ok reviews encouraged me to look elsewhere. So glad I did!I called David on Monday morning October 9th. He said he had a plow in stock as well as the mount (2010 Nissan Frontier). Quoted me a price and said if I dropped it off that evening he would most likely have it installed end of day Tuesday. WOW, did he ever deliver, he even got the deflector installed last minute when I decided I wanted one!Dave took the time to go over the functions, unhooking, re-hooking, the hydraulic failure stop-piece, and empathized how important the included dielectric grease is.Like all the reviews state Signature Truck & Trailer are outstanding and I feel like the support is there if needed.Side note: SOA DOT "maintains" the road I live off...it's been a battle, no longer!Thank You David!-Ken”

“I Love Knik tire and auto!! The place is best hands down!! I needed what turned out to be a variety of repairs on a Toyota Sequoia I recently bought. I called around, and Knik T&A beat prices in my area by far, on what I thought I was gonna need to get it operational. It did turn out I needed more, but the prices on everything were considerably less than any other shop in the area. They were friendly, helpful and the repairs were done correctly the first time. I can't say thank you enough..! 5 stars + 5 more added if that's OK lol..! They have earned a lifelong customer for sure..”

“Another shop was unable to determine why our vehicle was making the noise it was making, and suggested it may be the transmission, so I called Crystal and Desmond. They got us in and determined that it was NOT the transmission and diagnosed the issue, as well as listing a few other things that were needed (which we already knew about and were planning for). Desmond found a used part in Anchorage and we were able to pick it up ourselves to save some money. Desmond was able to fix the main issue and do the other needed repairs at the same time to save us some labor costs.

“I took in a ticking Ford 5.4. It wasn't fixable so I had the engine replaced. Murphy's was great! Everything went exactly as they told me it would, from engine order to installation. The times quoted for all this were right on the money and recieved my truck a couple days before Christmas. All is well and I would recommend Murphy's Auto Care Center any day!”
