Jan 17, 2022 around 5:00 pm after 5 days of no data service a lot of customers went to this store. The Female manager with curly hair get hysterical and shouting on her GCI customers to leave the store and threaten us saying, “if you some of you don’t leave the store I will closed it so get out, you get out, 2 of you get out!!” I know the danger of covid infection but as a manager be professional wirh dealing of your customers, Don’t treated them like trash, because you’re getting your food and salary from them. GCI main management GCI CEO you have to correct these unprofessionalism of your Manager or you will loosing customers.

In Dutch. Have the $65 plan. Pay for service to only work half of the time. Phone shows 4g lte but cant get a call out to anyone. Wont send pictures. The staffs solutions is for you to spend more money. They don't actually fix anything just get you to buy new stuff. Service is sketchy at best

Pay full price for horrible service. No prorated apologies for lack of service. No roll over data on pre-payed plan. Want to upgrade? Lose your previous data and pay more for upgrade. Hear clever comments, like welcome to Dutch, only in Dutch.
