In the 4 visits I've had at this office, I'm disappointed. I'm a simple client. All 4 visits were for just changing the tubes on my aids.All appointments..they took my aids from me to do work on them but continued to speak to me! Really!!!!Upon return of my aids, TWICE the tubes were installed backwards!!My fourth appt, my battery cases were stuck in upside down! And the tubes were never trimmed to fit me. Done with this facilty!
