TL;DR Damion is great.
I'm living in my camper van up here for the summer and was having a hard time because over the course of a week I had 4 different service warnings going off, my wheels were screeching and my brakes weren't working right. But, all mechanics were booked up for a month. I was afraid of waiting due to safety reasons, and also because I had just learned I might lose my job and didn't want the issues to get worse and mean a bigger bill when I could finally do repairs.
Damion helped with everything. I was having a hard day and he made it so much better. He talked me through the issues I was having, helped me figure out it was a brakes issue, helped me figure out how to tell the mechanics what was going on (I realized I hadn't asked previous mechanics for the right services, so places that could have helped me thought they couldn't), and helped me figure out what mechanics I should call locally.
I had never walked into an O'Reilly's before, I actually usually went to one of their competitors, but they've just won my money for any parts I need in the future.
I also found out I will likely keep my job. I can't say for sure that talking to Damion is the reason I got my job back - I'm just saying I was losing my job when I walked in and talked to him, and here I am a couple days later and I just heard I got it back ?.

I just want to say thank you to the staff at O'Reilly for helping my husband and I on our car. The staff was so helpful and tried to fix my issues on my sensors. All of you are great!

I recently went to O'Reilly's for some wipers and I wanted to give a shout-out to Mario! He was extremely nice and got my correct wipers. Did I mention how nice he was!! I would go back just for the service.

Brought a friends car in to O'Reilly's because it wouldn't start in the frigid temperatures (the friend is an older lady who lives alone about 30 miles from town). After testing the battery, Mario installed a new battery as well as a battery blanket and then also checked to make sure the alternator was charging properly. He was super helpful and genuinely kind in making sure this lady wouldn't be stranded in the cold. There are multiple places in town to buy batteries, but OReilly's staff sure earned our future business!

Don't trust O'Reilly still lied to you. They don't warrantee their parts. Then they'll tell you they shipped a replacement part out to you while you're stranded and not ship it. The auto repair store had to drive to Fairbanks to get the correct part because O'Reillys will lie you and leave you stranded. Both their managers are liars and don't back there warranties
