The service department has more than they can chew.
I’m sure they are good at their job, but if you plan to buy a vehicle with warranty, good luck. They are at minimum two months out.
My brand new jeep has a transmission gasket that needs replaced, it took them 3 weeks to look at it, and they said they would order the parts, it’s been another three weeks and they said they don’t have the parts and they will have to order them.
Incredibly frustrating, and it makes the experience of owning a new car with warranty very unpleasant. I will not be doing business with them again.

I had never been into a dealership before and when I attended the Kendall dealership I was greeted with high attention and had multiple representatives in front of me within seconds, within a minute or two Dwight Weidig had my options pulled up and was ready to talk test drives, everything was very smooth and I never felt too rushed to stop and make family calls or consult about the purchase I was making, they were very flexible to my needs and were motivated to find the best solution for my situation and get me behind the wheel of a car I can afford as well as really enjoy! I really appreciate the time and attention Dwight paid towards my process even with dealing with my grandma over the phone he was calm, respectful, and very informative on any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to the Kendal dealership next time I am in need of a good clean vehicle and a fun and easy process along the way!

Outstanding customer service. Came in with my trade in, a couple hours later drove out with my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
Thank you so much for honoring and recognizing veterans. I greatly appreciated the veterans discount I received.

Unfortunately, I can't say good words about this dealership. I went to the service for an oil change, and they say no, we can't. Next appointment in October, how could it be ?A customer comes with a warranty just to change oil before 5000, and they do not provide simple warranty service. This is ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I am thinking about what I should expect from them when I will need a warranty service next time. Guys , who work in Kendall, this is not an American quality. It is a third-world level.

Today I tried to perform a warranty oil change, the woman was rude and brushed me off like an annoying fly. Her gesture like leave me alone shocked me. I was denied warranty service without explanation. I was forced to go to another service. I'm thinking of returning the new car back to the dealer if that's how they treat customers.

After experiencing a failed attempt to buy a used vehicle with cash at another dealer, I was pleasantly surprised to find how easy these guys were to work with. In looking at their website, I found a used Ford Explorer we were interested in. Our salesman, Justin, was great! They had just gotten the vehicle in, so not all of the information was posted, so he went and looked at and drove the car and answered all of my questions. I was out of state, and although we hadn't been able to test drive the vehicle, I felt confident in making the purchase remotely because of the level of detail Justin provided. The Finance Manager, Travis Burnett, was equally fantastic. He was super chill and professional during every communication. I had to FedEx the cashier's checks, and he made it easy. When you spend almost $40,000 on a purchase, you expect good customer service, and they deliver. In the future, when we are ready to purchase our next pickup, we will look first at this dealership. I recommend doing business with them.

Great customer service ??
10/10 recommend Jorge Garcia. I said I needed a new car and Jorge got to work finding me the perfect car that checked all the boxes and perfectly within my budget. He and others went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed while there today and worked to get me a deal I was happy with.
Overall very pleased with the customer service at

I came to buy a new car, waited 4 hours for the paperwork to be completed, and in the end I was told that I needed full insurance. I agree. But how will I do this? Kendall doesn't do this, and where do I get insurance at 7:30 pm? After 4 hours I have nothing. Thanks for dropping my credit rating. And I killed my time there
Tomorrow I will go to Kendall to cancel the deal, in the end I lost 4 hours of my time, instead of resting after work I sat in Kendall’s office listening to all the nonsense of different employees. I also tried to exchange my old car for a new one. These guys assessed my 2008 Ford Edge Luxury with 180,000 miles on it,
for only $750. This is funny, tomorrow I can sell my Ford for 2000 bucks in 5 minutes. Yes, it has shortcomings that any car has after many years of operation, but guys, 750 bucks! You are scammers.
The next day, in the morning at 8 o'clock I was at the dealer. Last night my car was taken out of the garage and prepared for sale, the engine was started and the car was parked on the street. When I arrived in the morning, I found
that the car stood open all night with the engine running! This is fine? Not a single stupid manager bothered to turn off the engine and lock the car when leaving work. The new engine with 16 miles on it ran at idle all night.

Shout out to Service Advisor Daniel and Mechanic Calvin! My family and I couldn't have asked for better customer service!While driving from Homer to Wasilla (middle of winter) my Ram notified me that I would be going into limp mode in 150 miles. Able to get to Soldotna these two guys got us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road the next day. Calvin explained the issues and ensured the repairs were completed allowing us a smooth ride home. Daniel coordinated transportation to and from a hotel, all the while keeping us updated on the progress of the repair. We couldn't have asked for better hospitality and customer service. Thanks a ton!!!
