They gave me great information on a problem with my truck while having the oil changed. They don’t perform that service or I would certainly had them do that also. They shared several different options on who could. I will definitely use them for any work in the future. I appreciate their work ethics and highly recommend there services

I highly recommend Ellis Automotive. They get you in and take care of your vehicle AND you. They truly care about the work they do with great customer service. If I ever need anything automotive I have them and it’s comforting knowing that I have an amazing trustworthy shop to go to.

I always have a good experience with Ellis Automotive. What I like I can go early in the morning and my car is take in, I don't need someone to pick me up and take me back, I have used one of their cars before. But feel more comfortable just driving my own

Ellis Auto is the Alaska of old! Your automotive expertise done with friendliness and kindness (including a hug for the bad day I was having) is beyond amazing.
Rescuing me, even finding and taking care of 2 extra things that weren’t on the service order, that would have left me stranded. Having towed my vehicle to Kendall Ford in Soldotna - just to learn they could look at it in 3 months!
Ellis Brothers took me in and incredibly had me on the road a few short hours later. You guys just rock!
Left me renewed in faith that the oldtime Alaskan attitude - of above and beyond - still exists.
