“I don't write a lot of reviews, so this might be of use:I want to start with: I am not mechanically inclined. I go to NAPA for help - our rear winshield wiper was useless and I needed advice on what to buy, and (sigh), yes, how to replace it. (laugh if you want - I needed help)Howard was at the register. After humbly explaining that I am mechanically the village idiot, and asking for help, both in picking the wiper and installation - Howard rung us up (less than $20) and walked out to our car (Toyota Rav 4, 2015) and installed out blade.This is the second time we've gone to NAPA and needed help with "stupid simple" installs, and both times the staff was helpful, professional, and never once made me feel stupid. (lol, even if he thought it).I hope this message is found by NAPA and someone will please write up Howard for a positive counseling to go in his record. Is what he did huge? No - but to me it was what I NEEDED. Did he do some act of bravery or whatnot? No, but he was kind, helpful and I want to go back to NAPA for my next auto fix need.The staff has, in my limited experience (2 visits) ALL been like this and it needs to be said and recognized.THANK YOU and we *will* be coming back for our next automotive need.”

“I had never been into a dealership before and when I attended the Kendall dealership I was greeted with high attention and had multiple representatives in front of me within seconds, within a minute or two Dwight Weidig had my options pulled up and was ready to talk test drives, everything was very smooth and I never felt too rushed to stop and make family calls or consult about the purchase I was making, they were very flexible to my needs and were motivated to find the best solution for my situation and get me behind the wheel of a car I can afford as well as really enjoy! I really appreciate the time and attention Dwight paid towards my process even with dealing with my grandma over the phone he was calm, respectful, and very informative on any questions I had. I will definitely be returning to the Kendal dealership next time I am in need of a good clean vehicle and a fun and easy process along the way!”
“TL;DR Damion is great.
I'm living in my camper van up here for the summer and was having a hard time because over the course of a week I had 4 different service warnings going off, my wheels were screeching and my brakes weren't working right. But, all mechanics were booked up for a month. I was afraid of waiting due to safety reasons, and also because I had just learned I might lose my job and didn't want the issues to get worse and mean a bigger bill when I could finally do repairs.
Damion helped with everything. I was having a hard day and he made it so much better. He talked me through the issues I was having, helped me figure out it was a brakes issue, helped me figure out how to tell the mechanics what was going on (I realized I hadn't asked previous mechanics for the right services, so places that could have helped me thought they couldn't), and helped me figure out what mechanics I should call locally.
I had never walked into an O'Reilly's before, I actually usually went to one of their competitors, but they've just won my money for any parts I need in the future.
I also found out I will likely keep my job. I can't say for sure that talking to Damion is the reason I got my job back - I'm just saying I was losing my job when I walked in and talked to him, and here I am a couple days later and I just heard I got it back ?.”
“2018 KIA Sorento Brake job. Rear calipers, pads, rotors. Front pads. In and out couple hours after scheduled appointment time. Not bad for Xmas week and had to order parts day before. Sub zero temps didn't slow down progress. Thanks for the efficiency and reliability and availability. I would use again. BTW $1300+ about normal for peninsula rates.”
