Don't waste your time with them like I did, they don't answer the phone and are never open. I showed up 4 times and 3 of the times they were closed during normal business hours.I went in to buy a stove and they said we'll have the one you want in a week. Now over two weeks later nothing. I finally got ahold of them and they said we don't know where it is or when it'll be here. That was enough for me and left to homer.

Walked in to see if I could get my chimney cleaned after calling numerous times with no one answering the phone. The guy was very rude when I said nobody answers the phone,

Although short staffed and very busy, these guys have really good customer service. Two times in the last month and a half they’ve given me exceptional service. Call them before you go as they may be away from the office.
