You sort of coach shop here, climate weather and community are sort of snowed in, kind of patriotic, sort of vet friendly, infrastructure seemed planned accordingly, class availability trumps some downside, come here for the mindset and re-programming

Attended multiple CrossFit classes and yoga! The coaching staff is so nice and welcoming as well as the athletes. I always look forward to dropping in when I visit Seward. Highly recommend checking the Apex Gym out!
