BUYERS BEWAREIf I could give zero stars I would.I am utterly furious and deeply let down by the abysmal service at Baileys furniture. We made the grave mistake of purchasing a couch less than a year ago, heeding the advice of their saleswoman who assured us that the protection plan would cover any rips and tears. Lo and behold, our couch pillows tore on the backside, and three-quarters of the seams unravelled. Despite filing a claim, we were callously denied any assistance because apparently, they don't deem seam rips worthy of coverage. This is beyond infuriating, considering the exorbitant amount we spent on this subpar product, only for it to fall apart in less than a year. Spare yourself the agony and think long and hard before even considering purchasing from this disgraceful establishment

Absolutely not...I've personally spent over 10 k Here and evey experience has been bad my wife over 5 k here every experience has been bad please no longer go to Bailey please go somewhere else. Please save yourself the trouble.

They have great service until they have your money. Our couch fell apart less than a year after purchase. We submitted claim after claim for different issues and were always denied for one reason or another. Finally they accepted the broken frame claim. Came out and looked at it a month ago. Said they'd get right on it within a week. Haven't seen them since and just get the runaround on the phone.

I would give less than 1 star if that was an option. I bought a reclining couch and recliner chair. And since it was electronic they talked me into a service contract for $350. I had an electronic button on the couch stop working, tried to use the warranty I purchased but was unable to. Bailey's service did come out and replace it but paid $65 for the service fee. Both pieces of furniture are junk. Never had such cheap furniture before. 1. Don't buy furniture from Baileys. Quality is bad. 2. NEVER buy the warranty for service. I am selling my couch if possible for a fraction of what I paid or else donating it.

I had a good experience, got very good pricing and discounts! The selection of furniture was excellent and readily accessible and available! The lady who worked with me was very energetic and seemed very knowledgeable and eager to make sure that I was satisfied with my selection of Funishings for a complete household of Living Room, Bedroom and Kitchen furniture! I plan to go back to complete my household items! Actually, the final price was far less then I had expected! I did not purchase cheap items that would only last for a couple years and need to be replaced! Yes, I would definitely recommend, Bailey's!

Bought a table and chairs back in November. Still waiting for it to be available half a year later. Been told it's 2 weeks out three times in the last three months.

Horrible customer service. Was told a customer service manager would be calling me and they never did. I got a brand new bed frame and it was broken in one spot. Sent pictures to them and its like they didn't care. Also was told 5-10 days for mattress and I waited 2 weeks before I called and asked if I could just pick up in Anchorage myself. What an ordeal that was. Needless to say I will no longer be doing business with them.

Bought a sectional from them and it fell apart within 3 months of having it. It showed up broken i had to work with there schedule to get someone to fix it, only to find out it was broken in the warehouse and should have been caught before it even left the warehouse. The sectional material delaminated on multiple spots even spots that no one ever sits on! Warranty was a joke they told me to deal with the manufacturer he said deal with them and back and forth before they both said tough luck. Best part is i have been back in the store and actually had a sales person rave about how good the quality of the couch i bought was. I showed her pictures and she just stopped talking. I had another sales person tell me that the couch in the photos was in no way 3 months old i told them they could look up my purchase date if they thought i was lying, they left and got on the computer and never brought it up again. I was offered no compensation for the subpar product i bought. But as of a week ago the sales people are saying that the material my couch was made from is terrible and they don't even carry it anymore... hmm interesting.

Mendy was a super nice salesperson with lots of knowledge especially about the beds, how they're made and how they function. Would definitely ask for her when I go back. We did not purchase anything on this trip, so stars are for customer service.

It's always a great experience working with the team at Bailey's! Vonnie and Ben really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I am looking forward to enjoying our new furniture when it arrives.
