I guess i came off as hostile with a younger parts spclst. This evening i was asked to leave before i got his name. whom had a black beanie and hoody on, it wasn't intentional but when you are rude dont wunna help me, get pist off at me and then tell me to leave its pretty upsetting. When all i wanted was to make sure all searches were accurate, and that no other O'reillys had it. I did not know how uncommon the wheel cover size was.. Anyway, i wanted 17in, 6 on 5.5" wheel covers, when i couldnt see any on the shelf, at this point i was told whatever we got on the floor is what we got we dont have anything in the back like - thats it - bye ? basically. I re-engage and ask if he could check with the other stores (i prefer to support O'reillys) at this point I notice there was already a 2016 subaru was loaded on the screen, i express to him - (which is probably when i trigger him) - maybe it didnt show any wheel cover availibility because the subaru was loaded as the current vehicle, like he was looking up parts for it or something before i got to the counter.@ this point he was getting mad at me, when i suggested for him to click on his filters to narrow down the search, or click on the "universal wheel covers" search option as apposed to the "wheel cover" option which is application specific (remember the subaru is still the current vehicle).In which case he angrily said yeah thats what i tried first and what i have been trying to tell you that its all special order i know how to use my system so you need to knock that off right now,i back away from the counter and say OKand he says YEAH LEAVE.Other 2 co-workers deer in the headlights.Ill still shop here tho. Your store is very organized and clean ! always great service from Gerry Mark & John.Just wont go to mean subaru dude. (The stars for you not the store or company)

So I was in O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Pole,AK today. Not one of the 3 employees who were all under 35 knew what a feeler gadget was. After educating them I went 2 doors down to the hardware store where a well raised 18 yo young man was able to find one for me.All I know is I'm going to live when the Zombies come.

They seemed to have a wide selection of what I was there for. Prices seemed fair for spark plugs. I can't speak for the cost of anything else at this point.
