I needed a starter for a 94 Jeep. They had 2 in stock in the store, one new, one reman. Price was reasonable. Great all around, I'll be back!

My go-to spot for tools and supplies. They are a bit more expensive than nearby auto stores.

Drove from Fairbanks to pick up a part I paid for at another Napa store who called to verify they had it and I was coming to get it only to find they closed early. I even asked if they could leave it outside but nope.

Love Napa. They are old school and I like supporting a place that's been here since I can remember BUT they need to bring back the popcorn

Purchased a battery for my 2016 Terrain when mine went bad. The battery worked for one day and then died. I took the vehicle to the dealer and had them run tests. They confirmed that the new NAPA battery was bad and gave me a copy of the test to show Napa so that I could get my money back. I took the battery back to NAPA and they didn't care or ask to see the test from the dealer. They ran their own and told me they wouldn't refund my money since their test showed no issues. I'm not happy with my experience or the product, but they wouldn't refund my money. Either way, it's been a huge waste of time and money and I'll take my business somewhere else next time. Lesson learned.UPDATE 12-28-21: I called the number listed on the reply and spoke to a rep who said someone would contact me with the next 24-48 hours to help resolve me issue. That never happened. This place continues to be a waste of time and money.

The prices are a little higher than AutoZone and O'Reilly but they can always get you what you need. Their NAPA parts and warranty are better than OEM and I truly appreciate that they are always trying to expand their inventory and save me a trip into Fairbanks. My only complaint is that the online ordering and in-store inventory don't seem to match up all the time. I ordered a battery for in-store pickup. The website said there were 2 of them at the store. There were zero of them at the store. But they were able to get the battery from another local store within 2 days.

Slow, slow, slow. Waited over 20 minutes to check out due to costumer load in the store. If there was ever a business that needed a self checkout kiosk, it's this one. New auto parts store is opening in the next few months at the Ben Franklin Mall in North Pole. It will be good to NAPA to have some competition, hopefully this causes them to step up their game.

Store is cluttered. Many items have layers of dust on them, their phone line is ALWAYS busy so you can never call, they also like to give veterans a hard time if they ask for a discount. I will be making sure myself and all my friends go to auto zone from now on.

It's really awesome to go into a auto parts store and get the right part the first time and the dude behind the counter was very knowledgeable about the parts and was not rude when I asked questions. Will recommend the friends

Long wait times are common here. I just went in there to buy an entire front end for a ford power stroke. After waiting for 25 minutes or longer to get help, the 1st clue I was in the wrong place was when the parts attendant asked me if the power stroke was a Chevy. Basically I wasted 40 minutes of time there to walk out the door with nothing accomplished. Also earlier in the year ordered a remanufactured power steering gearbox assembly for an early 1999 7.3. I installed it and found out that it was the wrong one after being very specific on what I needed. I had to remove and re install the proper one; several hours wasted. I think I'm done shopping here.
