I had a slight issue with my older car, and took it to Expressway Auto in North Pole Alaska and left it with them for the day.I was surprised and impressed when they called me with the diagnostic and told me that my issue was a non-safety issue, and that “if it were mine” as the caller told me, they wouldn’t worry about it until a convenient time.They didn’t charge me for the quick diagnosis, and a easy-to-read estimate was left in my front seat left me which left me driving home super impressed with the integrity of this business, and eager to use them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Highly recommend Expressway Auto. Excellent customer service. Appreciate how they check my car out from top to bottom and address any concerns. When I tell them my concerns, they immediately check them out. They have the best little door greeter in the interior!

They got me in very quickly and found the issue with my car. Had work done at Lithia of Fairbanks and they left all 4 of the bolts that hold the rack and pinion to my car loose. Kept hearing a popping noise and didn’t know what it was. Only waited a few days to get it checked out and taken care of. Very helpful and friendly shop.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Donny and his crew were awesome. This is my first time using them and I went to them because of a very high recommendation from a close friend. Donny kept me up to speed on what was going on with my vehicle. Very helpful and great communication! I stopped here when I had a tire with unusually low tire pressure. They were able to fit me into their schedule, remove 2 screws from my tire, and repair my tire for a great price. I was quickly back on the road and would definitely recommend expressway auto!

They have been absolutely amazing the couple times I’ve had to bring my car in. They called me before they stated any work so I knew what was wrong, what would need to be done and about how much it would cost so there was never any surprises when I picked it up. They have always been so nice to me and got my car in right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and there’s no where else I would trust bringing my vehicle to. Thank you all so much! I can’t explain how grateful I was to have taken my car to expressway auto! I was in a pinch with transportation at that point and they did everything they could to get my car in and out and back to me as quickly as possible. They were so friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
