“The prices are a little higher than AutoZone and O'Reilly but they can always get you what you need. Their NAPA parts and warranty are better than OEM and I truly appreciate that they are always trying to expand their inventory and save me a trip into Fairbanks.My only complaint is that the online ordering and in-store inventory don't seem to match up all the time. I ordered a battery for in-store pickup. The website said there were 2 of them at the store. There were zero of them at the store. But they were able to get the battery from another local store within 2 days.”
