The manager is nice outgoing and willing to help and the apartment's are all ways nice and up kept only thing is should allow more dogs not only depending on how big they are so can't allow them if over 20 lbs.

Slum lords of ketchikan, blocked dryer vents, black mold, missing bolts, people fall through the walkways, poor maintenence!

I am currently living in Woodside Village Apartments and have been for the past year. I love my apartment. I love the management. We have enjoyed living here and have had no problems. When we have needed something fixed, management repaired whatever it was within a very short period of time. All I can say is...if you pay the rent on time, don't behave stupidly, this is a great place to live.

I really like the land lord. He is a nice guy. The apartments are out dated, and a little run down. The thing that drives me crazy the most is the dirty carpet I cant seem to get clean with my carpet cleaner.
