they had my grandmother buy a 14k gold nugget pendant when I was on a cruise with, her and she bought it for 630 dollars USD when we got back to the ship I did some research and realized that they had up charged the pendant 10x its actual value they scammed a little old lady and they do stuff like that EVERY single day I get they need to make a profit margin but they will take advantage of you no madder what kind of prices they are telling u it's a scam never go there under any circumstances.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! the people as you walk in and they think your going to by something they are the nicest people in the whole world... till something is wrong with the piece of jewelry you bought the day prior and they are no help and try to make what is wrong with the piece your fault! I bought a northern light gem bolo bracelet and it turned my wrist green! they wouldn't do anything for me not even an "im sorry this is happening". Nope they just said there was nothing they could do!!! they are not good people I do not recommend buying anything from them.

He advised the Ruby ring we ended up purchasing was fully natural and not “cooked.”Got the appraisal back and it’s COOKED!The manager bold-faced lied to us.Don’t buy anything here. I saw a bracelet I couldn’t say no to and I got a good deal. I caught it on something and it broke but Spectrum fixed it for me.
