“A large tourist store containing a wide variety of selectable souvenirs ranging from cloths, hats, trinkets, jewelry, snacks, knives, bottles, etc. Proces are fair. Located along the pier where a cruise ship is docked. It's a recommended place if you're looking for something to take back home. A true one stop shop.”

“If you’re looking to purchase an authentic artifact made locally by any tribe, The Caribou Creek Company is the place to find it. Mostly all the pieces they have are authentically created from tribes people. They have everything from jewelry, carvings both large and small, paintings and artifacts you won’t see elsewhere.Something for everyone’s budget too. They are very friendly and help you find what you’re looking for. They have all the history of the artisans, meanings behind the work crafted and are happy to share that with you.I purchased a small 2 sided carved fossilized walrus ivory bone. I’m very happy the nice lady found this special piece for me.”

“The Owner went out of her way to help us. We bought $150 worth of merchandise that she shipped to our home for a Reasonable Cost. She was Friendly, Professional and Hardworking. We were in a hurry, because we decided to go to Creek Street at the Last Minute. She was also sensitive and receptive about us running out of time.We also saw Salmon swimming upstream close to each other in the creek while standing on the bridge.”

“For anyone who likes to collect Christmas souvenirs while on vacation, this place is a jackpot. The store is large with multiple entrances. You can find both generic holiday decorations, as well as Alaska specific, such as mini totems and wood carvings. Beware though, since some of those items are made other places (such as Indonesia), and not locally produced.”

“One of our last stops on our cruise this place is a great place to get your curios before getting back to Seattle. As far as a tourist trap goes the prices are reasonable and the selection is about as good as you're going to get. There's also a little fudge and brownie shop that has great sweets. Located right across the ship docks it's easy to find and get to.”

“After a tour to the Saxman House, a totem pole workshop and an explanation of the totem poles nearby, the store was an opportunity to use the restroom and shop. I purchased a formline whale sticker to stick on my Earthwell water bottle. There was clothing, house goods, jewelry and much more. Review #72 of 100 in 2023.”

“One stop shop! Had all the Alaskan goodies we wanted then shipped to different addresses. USPS was good to most and only one day late on one of them. Not KMC fault. Prices best on the cruise...”

“This is a souvenir shop by berth 1. If you can think it, you can probably find it here. A lot of the brands and items can be found at the other stores around Ketchikan, with prices being both better and worse an the other stores as well. In other words, don't expect lower prices just because it has the word "outlet" in the name.”
