Last year we took Alaska Cruise and visited in Ketchikan my favourite EFFY Jewelry shop. We where absolutely not disappointed and so impressed as we received exceptional service with high knowledge and such a care from Mr. Sachin Pandya. He truly deserved to be recognized for his professionalism an skills. We purchased beautiful limited addition jewelry and getting lots of compliments. Thank you so much Mr. Sachin we will remembering you forever. You are the best !

Bought a beautiful tanzanite ring but before I returned home to gem had fallen out. I’ve reached out by email twice and have called three times but they don’t seem to want to refund my money!! Would never buy from any Effy jeweler again!!

I was on a royal carribean ship on June 2023. I was given a flyer that showed a sterling multi colored forget ne knot necklace for under $200. When I got to the store I was informed no such item existed. I went to see the guest shopper on board and was assured it was a promo and to go the the juneau shopAgain I was informed no such item existed. I am so upset at both royal carribean and effy. Please do not offer an item if it is not available. My young daughter was devastated, it was tge only thing she wanted.

Walking around Ketchikan, there were lots of jewelry shops with people standing in front, trying to get you to go in to their store. There were a few that were pushy and refused a polite wave off or a "no thanks". It was different with this store. There was no one pacing outside waiting to snare anyone that walked by. Instead, the employees were standing inside by the counters, relaxed and patiently waiting for people to walk in.We walked in for the free charm and were given one, no strings attached. The store was very brightly lit and so were the cases. There was a lot of variety of jewelry and we were allowed to try them with no pressure to buy. The employees there were very friendly.

I’ve been to Alaska several times but this time I wanted to commemorate the trip with something special, Gary helped me choose a Men’s Tanzanite ring, I’ll surely be back in future trips!!!

Soni and her cousin Sam were so sweet and helpful with my wife and I earlier this week when we stopped in and browse. We left with a new Alexandrite which is so beautiful my wife Brenda is still in shock she has one and was able to have sized within the time we were in port for the day. Highly recommend coming to this location if you are in the area and seeing this very family oriented team. Not pushy at all which was nice compared to other stores on the street.

Went in to pick up my "free" pendant as advertised... very pushy clerk wanted to waste my time trying to sell me something... had only about 45 min before ship sailed... told her again, I just came for my free pendant... It was about to get ugly and she finally handed it over! The stores in Skaqway and Juneau were not like this...
