1 Star, WHY.... Poor shipping ! I was assured that fish would remain frozen for up to 4 days in foam lined boxes. I paid for 2 day shipping from Kenai, Ak to E, Wa, Spokane area.
My fish was thawed. Foam boxes inside cardboard boxes were broken. I am DISSATISFIED, to say the least $291.00 & my fish went from totally frozen to barely cool. Thawed. Both my smoked & raw. Fast frozen vacuum packed Salmon , Halibut & Rock Fish.
Horrible service. Will not recommend or use FedEx ever again. I'll fly it with me. Would have been cheaper & faster. I'm 70 & lugging around a 48 lb & 34 lb boxes is really hard on me. But I'd rather do that then pay for the poor service that I recoeved from FedEx. Really disappointed. I had checked on all requirements days before. And about prices & shipping time, etc. I had boxes there at 9am. However I did see several fish boxes sitting on the "conveyer " when I went in. ( so not sent back to a chill section or freezer? ) But was told, yes. They will be fine. We make sure they are, & these last up to 4 days frozen.
I pride myself on the care I use to process my fish. Careful to protect it from contamination , & to keep as cool as possible & to be chilled / frozen in accordance to food safety standards! I worked at restaurants, both, prep work & cooking. I've had a Food handlers safety card, for years. Taken the Course & test many times. Must repeat to get a new card.

If you’re trying to get a package overnighted to the lower 48. Make sure to be here by noon. At noon they cut off anything that’s going overnight to the lower 48.

Stuff didn't arrive on time as I paid for. People on phone didn't speak very good English and didn't know anything. Won't be using for shipping again and if the company I order from only uses this shipping company, I will be looking for another company to get product from.

We received a package from the lower 48 3 days after it was ordered and were astonished to receive it so quickly. Not only that, but we have a long, treacherous, snow packed driveway with horrible conditions for walking in. It's very easy to fall into a hole! We were so impressed to come home and find a little package leaning against our front door. That delivery person gets AAA plus! Thank you so much

FedEx is the worst out of all the shipping companies. Employees are undertrained and management is in title only.
Save yourself a headache use anyone else.

They can ship anywhere in the world just give them a chance. If your delivery isn’t right it’s your own fault if you don’t say nothing about it. I love going there to have something shipped to see how quick it will get there.
