bought a 800 dollar washer brought it home and it didn't wash. agitator not working properly.Store told me to file s claim with manufacturer and get it fixed.

We recently purchased a couch and are extremely happy with the outcome. We live out of town and were not able to pick out the couch personally in the store, but the staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible......sending fabric swatches over on the plane for us to test out, emailing photos, patiently answering the billions of questions that I had, and wrapping it extremely well to prevent any damage during transport via landing craft to our little community. The couch fit our living room perfectly and is exactly what we were looking for!!

We ordered a love seat and ottoman in Nov 2019,its now middle of June 2020 and still no furniture. We have called multiple times and even stopped in twice. We were told 6-8 weeks. Not sure how I would rate them. Paid in full up front and still no furniture, No updates, no service yet. 7 months now. How would you rate them?

I love this place. I have worked here for half a year now. As you can see, a lot of these reviews are bad but that is because people tend to review when they have had a bad experience and not a good one. And in a lot of the reviews, we know exactly what you are talking about and I will not say names, but there is always two sides to a story. And I am sorry for those who truly have had a bad experience and upset with those of you who wrote a nasty review simply because you did not get your way. I have worked retail for many businesses and I have always dealt with this issue. If some customers do not get their way, they will bash on businesses online. I truly hope those of you who had a bad experience will come back and try us again. We have all new staff who are more knowledgeable and helpful.

Just dropped from 2 stars to 1 star due to lack of follow up and customer service! Terrible customer service if any problems, go to SE Furniture instead - great customer service there. Ordered a mattress set and told would be here in 3 weeks. When I called to check on it after 2 1/2 weeks was told Very abruptly that my invoice states 4-6weeks. Discussed that I bought based on what I was told not what was printed on my invoice after the fact...he finally deemed to check the status for me (actually said after 5 min of back and forth, "well would you like me to check on your order?"). Very frustrating, so went to SE Furniture and they had a mattress in stock, ready to deliver next day. Went to Lyles/Jensens to cancel my order and after 15 min of calls and discussion, said my mattress WAS HERE now and could be delivered next day - the salesman even went upstairs to Verify it was actually there. Ok. Next day messages were left for me while at work (after lunch). Turns out they were wrong and did NOT have my mattress!! ARGH!! Cancelled the order and purchased from SE but now had to do without a bed the whole weekend as this was Fri. Now 3 weeks later no one has called (as stated) nor credited my order. So yet again, I have to take my time and call again to get my account credited for the bed that was never delivered.
