We arrived in Juneau on September 4th and decided to check out the store, upon entering we went to the back of the store because we noticed a large fossil in the display case, my little cousin decided to take a photo and the man behind the counter told him “Hey no photos, how would you like it if I went into your house and took photos there”.I told him “sir you could have asked him nicely, we were not aware that photos weren’t allowed”He told us back “that was nicely”I told him “no, no it wasn’t”He was doing all this while talking on the phone and he said “okay sorry and just walked away from us”Not gonna lie I felt the guy wasn’t sincere at all and wanted this problem to just go away.I didn’t appreciate the way we were treated and would recommended people to venture further into town for their gift shopping. To the guy behind the jewelry counter learn to just say “excuse me, there are no photos allowed” not that hard

Good shopping place. A number of items were less expensive here than in Ketchikan. Some of the new shirts by the door were more expensive. Love the place mats that say alaska and have great images. Get them here.

Horrible service. We purchased binoculars for a tour and 9n the way out of the store we saw a rack of coupons for 20% off so we went back in and asked to receive the discount and they refused, nor would they let us return the item. We even offered to come back after our tour and purchase souvenirs for our friends if they gave us the discount, promising to spend much more than what the discount would have been but we'd go to another store and spend that money if they did not. The manager just said "well, I guess you will have to go to the other store then." We did. Clearly, they are more concerned about stealing your money than creating a positive reputation. They should have advised us that there was a coupon at the other entrance. There are friendlier store with better products anyway just down the street.

Great store right on the cruise ship dock. In addition to a huge variety of Alaska souvenirs, they also have various sundries you may need onboard your cruise. In my case I was looking for some Advil, and they had it!

I found it to have better prices than Alaska Shirt Company and other shops further down the strip. Ended up circling back to get shirts and a couple other little souvenirs.

Very nice store next to Princess ships. Large selection of merchandise, seemed like prices were good. Watch out for jewelry section though! Very hard sell, thought this one guy wasn't going to let us leave, kind of killed the experience.

Stopped in here after our tours heading back to the ship. I also noticed they provide free coffee in the morning. We bought quite a few souvenirs to include pajamas and salmon jerky.

Juneau Trading Company is a nice place to get the souvenirs we look forward to buy when travelling. Lots of nice things available. The place is crowded most of the time, as most customers are from Cruise ships that come over.

Another great shop to hit when in Juneau. Many unique items to choose from as well as your normal items of clothes and etc. Very friendly staff to assist you. Purchased many little trinkets to take back home for friends.

This is conveniently located right next to the cruise ship docks and has a wide selection of tourist merchandise and a surprising amount of quality warm clothing for everyone. This is a great first place to start your shopping day where you can easily return to your ship cabin with your purchases.
