I was at Gary’s in September, 2024 arrived via cruise ship. I was just browsing with no real intentions of buying. Next thing I know I’m walking out with a beautiful piece of jewelry on my finger! I worked with Karina and Gary, not only were they extremely pleasant, they have very creative pieces. Gary can design some pieces to your liking in a matter of minutes. He designed a pair of earrings to match the ring! Definitely going back and will purchase more from them!”

“Top notch jeweler and fantastic service! I purchased my fiancée’s engagement ring here and both her and I are so happy with it. The piece itself is beautiful and well-crafted, with a unique design created by the owner/jeweler himself.
The purchase process was smooth and without pressure. They were very accommodating and let my fiancée come in multiple times (as we are locals) to try on the ring and look at it with different center stone options. They mounted the stone quickly once the decision was made with the jeweler being there himself. Turns out the setting was the correct size, but if it needed to be resized that too could be done quickly.
The setting and stone was reasonably priced, which they then discounted as the season was coming to an end and gave me an extra local discount. Prior to making the purchase, I discussed it with family friends in the jewelry business, said that it was a great deal and not to pass it up. I appreciated getting the piece at an affordable price at the outset.

“I went to Norwegian cruise ship last year 2023 and wanted to buy a particular bracelet and I am glad , I found Venetian store. They customized it , which arrived in 3weeks and also the owner was so kind named Max who called and confirmed if I was satisfied with the ornament. Staff provided outstanding service and helped me select a simple yet an elegant bracelet. Highly recommended this store. This year I am going to see you guys again at Alaska and definitely stop by. “I visited Juneau and Bald Eagle Gifts & Jewels on Thursday 10/24/24 onboard the Norwegian Jewel. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. They had a great selection of art, knifes and jewelry. The lady who helped us worked at the store with her uncle and they were both extremely knowledgeable and eager to engage with customers. The reason I leave a 4/5 stars is due to a complication. I purchased a combo deal for $350. Which included a Damascus steel Ulu knife with an engraved scrimshaw handle and a regular style knife also engraved (pictured below). She was extra kind to wrap the knifes and whale take my wife selected and packaged for us to take home. However, I don’t think the ULU knife made it into the bundle by mistake and I’ve now lost a $200 blade. If the management would reach out I’d like to have the blade shipped home and I’d be happy

“Fredd Meyers is a great store for anything you need!Only draw back is never use their bathrooms!!!Worse bathrooms I have ever had to use, and that includes Penn Station.”
“It’s a good selection of a lot of items, and they have some nice postcards, though they are a little pricier than some of the area. Beware though, they charge tax on a non-item. My purchase was less than $10 so they added $.50 but I got taxed on the $.50.”
